(1937-2016)

João Vaz Serra de Moura was a lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 1961, where he was also a member of the General Council between 1984 and 1986. He served as Minister for Quality of Life and Secretary of State for Sport in the VII and VIII Constitutional Governments of the Portuguese Republic (1981-1983). In 1988 he founded Vaz Serra & Associados, then known as J. Vaz Serra de Moura & Associados. Between 1975 and 1981 he was Director of the Automóvel Clube de Portugal.
